For more than three decades, Mr. Andrew Chong has been deeply involved in workforce management, industrial operations, and business leadership across Malaysia. She oversees HR governance and multi‑site workforce deployment for 50–120 employees across logistics, quarry, palm oil, manufacturing, and forestry contracts. Under her leadership, Medakom strengthened audit readiness and reduced administrative errors by 20–30% through structured SOPs, disciplined documentation controls, and digital reporting systems.

She also leads documentation and compliance for 250–300 Australia Work‑Based Learning (WBL) pathway students annually through AM EDU Resources Group. Her implementation of a Genuine Student pre‑screening checklist significantly improved documentation accuracy and reduced correction cycles by approximately 40% across stakeholders, enhancing processing efficiency and regulatory alignment.
